Our Santa Letters, Santa Boot Stencils, Christmas Present Labels & Christmas Pencils are shipped via letter post/free shipping using snail mail (stamps). Registered post, which is trackable, can be purchased at checkout, as well as Express Post and International Post.

Our Santa letters are designed to be enjoyed any time in December, but we recommend placing them out on Christmas Eve to be opened on Christmas morning. Our First Christmas letter, include wording specific to Christmas Eve, while others reference Santa flying through the sky at night, making Christmas morning the ideal time for opening. If you’d like any small changes, feel free to email us at magic@themailroomco.com.au, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

If you’d like to include multiple children in a Santa letter, we recommend our Family Letter from Santa Claus. This special letter has space for Sibling's names, parents’ names (e.g., Mum & Dad), and unique details about your family. Santa also knows where you’ll be spending Christmas and highlights special moments from the past year, making it just as magical as individual letters.
