Letter & Envelope Details +

Our magical Santa letter envelopes come with a matte gold foiled monogram of The Mailroom Of Santa Claus, 4 custom artisan stamp designs, a white personalised printed address and a red monogram wax seal. Your envelopes will arrive unsealed.

Our two colour options for our envelopes are Green & Red. We have chosen these colours to reflect our love of traditional Christmas design & style.

Our envelopes measure 190 x 130mm and are designed to fit perfectly inside our Santa Letter Keepsake Boxes.

Our stunning foiled Santa Letters measure 240 x 180mm and are printed on a thick, textured ivory cardstock. It was important to us that the letters feel as authentic as possible, as if straight from the desk of Santa Claus. Our letters are then folded down the centre to fit inside the envelope.

Shipping & Production +

Once placing your order for your Personalised Letter From Santa Claus, your letter goes straight into production! The Mailroom Co then take all your special details and turns them into a custom one-of-a-kind letter and envelope just for you.

We aim to ship all orders with letters within 14 days of ordering, depending on demand.

Our Santa Letters  are, on most occasions, shipped free using snail mail (untracked/stamps). Registered post, which is trackable, can be purchased at checkout, as well as Express Post and International Post.

Shipping protection is offered at checkout for a small fee to cover any lost, damaged or stolen items when in transit.

All items are shipped from Victoria, Australia

The Letter From Santa

In our Individual Letters from Santa Claus, there are up to seven elements of personalisation. There are four templates to choose from, each with multiple options for personalisation. Including your Child's name, location and an achievement or act of kindess from this year. Finally a personalised P.S. message at the bottom.

Please note, the personalised text is printed exactly as you have written it, so be sure to read through our templates to see how your answer will fit into the relevant sentence.

The Font

We have two font options for our letters.

One is a "fancy" cursive font and other is a classic and timeless "Block" font.

We have two options in case you need your letter to be more legible for children at a reading level.

Is My Child Too Young for a Santa Letter?

Absolutely not! Kids are never too young to start a magical Christmas tradition. While your little one might be too young to fully understand the meaning now, as they grow, they'll have something truly special to look back on. Imagine their excitement when they realise that Santa has been writing to them every year, building memories and keeping the magic of Christmas alive. These letters will become cherished keepsakes, marking the beginning of a beautiful tradition that grows with them.

When Should I Give My Children Their Letters?

Our Santa letters are designed to be enjoyed any time in December, but we recommend placing them out on Christmas Eve to be opened on Christmas morning. Our First Christmas letter, include wording specific to Christmas Eve, while others reference Santa flying through the sky at night, making Christmas morning the ideal time for opening. If you’d like any small changes, feel free to email us at magic@themailroomco.com.au, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
